Kyriaki Niotaki received her B.S. degree in Informatics and her M.S. degree in Electronic Physics, with specialization in Electronic Telecommunications Technology, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She then moved to Spain to pursue a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). Her thesis was entitled ‘Design of efficient microwave power amplifier systems’. From June 2015 to January 2018, she worked as an RF Design Engineer at Benetel Ltd, where she worked on the design of LTE eNodeB small cells. Currently, she is a researcher with the CONNECT Centre at Maynooth University. Her research interests include 5G transceivers, millimeter wave circuits and systems and energy harvesting.
