Taja Naidoo is the Innovation and Engagement Lead on the Smart Docklands Programme, a collaboration between Dublin City Council and CONNECT.
Taja graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History and Classical Civilisation in 2008, and subsequently earned a Masters in International Relations from Dublin City University (2010) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from University College Dublin (2015).
Taja started her career in the Social Justice sector working on Irish policy regarding Climate Change and Foreign Aid. From 2012 to 2015 she ran the Arthur Guinness Social Enterprise Award-Winning company, Worklink. Since then she has consulted for a number of both governmental and non-governmental organisations both in Ireland and the US in the areas of innovation strategy, participatory design methods, and using technology inclusively.
