Drones: How a technological revolution impacts Irish society

Dr Boris Galkin, CONNECT Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, has just published this research paper as part of his secondment to the Irish parliament’s library service: “Consumer and Commercial Drones How a technological revolution is impacting Irish society” (pdf).

Boris has been working with the Oireachtas Library & Research Service as part of the Science Foundation Ireland public fellowship programme. The SFI public fellowship programme offers researchers the opportunity to be temporarily seconded to Government Departments, Agencies and the Library & Research Service of the Oireachtas, to work on specific projects where they can add value resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes.
