Dr Dimitrios Zorbas wins Ulysses funding

Dimitrios has won funding through the Irish Research Council‘s Ulysses scheme to begin work on an EU funding proposal looking at how long-range communications, as well as AI, can be combined together in a smart-city environment for energy-efficient metering applications.

The Ulysses scheme fosters new collaborations between Irish- and French-based researchers by providing seed funding for reciprocal travel visits over the course of one year.
