CONNECT’s Michael Guerin has written this article for ‘City Innovators’ on the difference between an innovation district and a smart district.
Michael is Programme Manager of Dublin’s smart city testbed, Smart Docklands, an initiative of Dublin City Council and CONNECT which gives startups and innovators an opportunity to trial and test technology in an urban environment.
CONNECT is the world leading Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Future Networks and Communications.
