Prof. Anna Davies, CONNECT Funded Investigator, has published ‘Urban Food Sharing’, a book exploring the history and current practice of food sharing. Anna works on our ENABLE smart cities research programme at Trinity College Dublin.
Illustrated by case studies from around the world, the book uses new empirical data to set an agenda for research and action in the area. The book is intended to be an important resource for researchers, policy makers and sharing innovators to explore the impacts and sustainability potential of such sharing for cities.
The book is free to download here.
