Bruno M. Xavier is a CONNECT Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin.

Bruno is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science with the Federal University of Espírito Santo working with Núcleo de Estudos em Redes Definidas por Software Lab.

He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Information Systems, Instituto Federal do Espirito Santo, Campus Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Brazil. He has been currently working as a Research Assistant
with Trinity College Dublin in 4G/5G optimization. His research interests include machine learning, software-defined network, and programmable data planes.
