Claudia is the Smart Docklands Technology and Engagement Manager. Smart Docklands is a smart city district as result of a collaboration between Dublin City Council and CONNECT.

She leads the Local Authority Engagement Programme, an education programme to raise awareness among local government staff about new and emerging technologies – such as Artificial Intelligence, digital rights, and smart city tech – and how they could impact the public sector. Claudia also represents Dublin in the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights and leads on shaping how digital rights are mainstreamed in the public sector.

Claudia holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Strategic Communication from American University in Washington, D.C and a MSc in Smart and Sustainable Cities from Trinity College Dublin. Her Masters research focused on walkability and the application of the 15-minute city in Dublin.
