Linta Antony is a CONNECT PhD researcher at Trinity College Dublin under the Supervision of Adam Narbudowicz.
Linta received her B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University, India in 2016, and her M.Tech. in Communication Engineering from the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (APJAKTU), India in 2018. From 2018 – 2021 she was working as a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Materials for Electronics and Technology(CMET) under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India., working on cancer detection using thermal sensors. From 2021 to 2022, She was employed as a data scientist working on anomaly detection for a software firm.
She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. on the topic of ” mm-wave RADAR technologies for biodiversity monitoring” at CONNECT, with funding from Kinsella Challenge-Based E3 Award, through the project “Digitizing biodiversity”. Her research interests focus on Biodiversity, Remote sensing, RADAR, Estimation and detection, Signal processing, and Machine learning.
