Rishu Raj is a CONNECT Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin.

Rishu Raj completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India, in 2022. For his Ph.D. thesis, he received the Innovative Student Project Award given by the Indian National Academy of Engineering. He obtained the B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala, Tripura, India in 2014, where he was awarded the Institute Gold Medal for academic excellence. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Trinity College Dublin. His research interests include energy-efficient communication networks, visible light communication, optical communication systems, and non-linear optics.
