CONNECT researchers attend SATORI workshop at Tsinghua University

CONNECT researchers – Luiz DaSilva, Erika Fonseca, Boris Galkin, Jacek Kibiłda – have attended a two-day SATORI workshop at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.

The workshop consisted of keynotes from industry and academia, and technical presentations from the project members.

SATORI – SmArt neTwOrking in the eRa of aI – represents a joint collaboration between Trinity College Dublin and Tsinghua University. The project is co-funded by Science Foundation Ireland and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

CONNECT is the world leading Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Future Networks and Communications. CONNECT is funded under the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centres Programme and is co-funded under the European Regional Development Fund. We engage with over 35 companies including large multinationals, SMEs and start-ups. CONNECT brings together world-class expertise from ten Irish academic institutes to create a one-stop-shop for telecommunications research, development and innovation.
