CONNECT Investigator at Cork Institute of Technology, Dr Susan Rea, has been appointed Vice-Chair of the IEEE UK and Ireland Blockchain Group.
The aim of the IEEE UK and Ireland Blockchain Group is to serve as a forum for professional networking, learning, and growth for IEEE members in the Blockchain field and to organise events covering the start-of-the-art Blockchain technology and applications.
Susan’s research focuses on blockchain, IoT and assistive technologies.
